Who We Are
Josette M. Smith is the owner of Rappahannock Wealth Advisors. She is registered with LPL Financial as a financial advisor. She has worked in the securities business for over 25 years. In addition to being a financial advisor, Josette is a licensed tax preparer and completes tax returns for many of her clients. Josette is also licensed to sell a variety of investment and insurance products.
Josette has clients in many states due to her military affiliations. Josette holds the following licenses, degrees, and registrations:
- FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses held with LPL Financial
- Virginia Life and Health agent
- North Carolina Life and Health agent
- Associate of Applied Science Degree, Paralegal Technology, Fayetteville Technical Community College.
Myranda Stokes, Client Services Manager, joined Rappahannock Wealth Advisors in 2019. Originally from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Randi lives in Fredericksburg with her husband and two sons. She is active in her church and serves on the PTO board at her children's school. She is an avid gardener and is currently writing a book on Multiple Sclerosis.
Joni Kanazawa, Marketing and Community Engagement Manager, joined Rappahannock Wealth Advisors in 2024. When she's not chasing pigs and chickens on her family farm with her husband and daughter, Joni, as founder and director of Ellie's Elves, corralls volunteers in service of families facing an unforeseen crisis.
